The Synergy team consists of multiple physicians and nurse practitioners with various levels of expertise and experience ranging from critical care and hospital medicine to outpatient primary care and hospice. No matter where patients are in their healthcare journey, our team can ensure guidance and support amongst healthcare transitions as well as overall quality of care.
The team also consists of numerous specialty providers who can be consulted on across the different healthcare settings. Since all of our clinicians are a part of the same team, we can ensure proper communication and collaboration, reducing the need for hospitalizations and potential errors that come from gaps in care.

CEO/Founder Dr. Stefan Mann founded Synergy Medical Group after he recognized a gap in care between various levels of healthcare settings. Dr. Mann is a board-certified family medicine physician and has worked in hospital medicine since 2021. He takes pride in finding solutions to big problems and finding ways to improve the healthcare system and the overall quality of care for his patients.
Regional Clinical Director – Central Region Dr. Joseph Robbins earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College and completed his residency at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point HCA. He focuses on providing exceptional patient care, improving outcomes, and training residents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and hobbies like golf, basketball, and fishing.
Regional Clinical Director – Gainesville Leeanne Odum, NP, brings a deep commitment to patient care and a wealth of experience to our team. Starting her healthcare journey as a CNA, she advanced through the ranks as an LPN and RN before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Leeanne previously owned her own practice but was inspired by Dr. Mann’s vision for compassionate, patient-centered care and chose to join forces with him. Her dedication, clinical expertise, and personal connection to patients make her an invaluable part of our team.
Regional Clinical Director – Lake City/Live Oak Born and raised in Lake City, Florida, Davie Terrell has always had a passion for taking care of people. He earned his nursing degree at Santa Fe College and honed his skills in the Trauma ICU at UF Health in Gainesville before completing Nurse Practitioner school at South University. His career spans family medicine, assisted living facilities, short- and long-term rehabilitation and nursing homes, and service as a hospitalist at HCA Lake City. The founder of Terrell Family Practice, Davie is dedicated to giving back to the community that raised him.
Regional Clinical Director – Hernando/Tampa Dr. Pornchai Kittivarakarn, DO, is an internal medicine physician serving the Hernando and Tampa region. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, he practices at HCA Florida Bayonet Point, where he also serves as faculty for the hospital’s Internal Medicine Residency program, helping train the next generation of physicians.
Director of Operations Ashley brings a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care to her role in healthcare leadership. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and experience as both a bedside nurse and case manager, she offers a well-rounded perspective on the healthcare continuum. Ashley began working alongside Dr. Stefan Mann as his scribe when he was a one-man team, and over time, she grew into a key operational role — helping to build and manage the practice while bringing Dr. Mann’s vision to life.
Director of Provider Relations Breann Lane brings a strong background in nursing and hands-on patient care to the team. Her clinical experience gives her a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of patient and provider needs, allowing her to support our providers and facility partners with precision, compassion, and efficiency. Breann plays a vital role in ensuring seamless, well-organized care across the Synergy network.
HR Manager Abby Hadden keeps the Synergy team growing and running smoothly. She guides every new physician and provider through onboarding — from credentialing and paperwork to first-day logistics — making sure each one is set up for success from day one. Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and skill in her role, Abby is a driving force behind the seamless experience our providers and patients enjoy.
HR Coordinator / Recruitment Donald Suhl keeps the machinery behind Synergy’s growth running. He manages credentialing for our providers from start to finish, coordinates with the facilities we serve, and leads interviews and recruitment as the team expands across Florida. Thorough, organized, and personable, Donald makes sure every new provider is ready to deliver care — and every partner facility knows exactly who to count on.
