At Synergy Medical Group, we believe in investing not only in exceptional patient care, but also in the professional growth and long-term success of our providers. As we continue expanding across post-acute, acute, and outpatient settings, we remain committed to building meaningful, sustainable pathways for advancement within our organization. Two of the most exciting opportunities available to our providers are our Leadership Track and Equity Track programs designed to empower clinicians, strengthen our culture, and reinforce our model of physician-led care.
Our Leadership Track provides a structured and intentional pathway for physicians who seek to grow beyond direct patient care and step into broader clinical and operational leadership roles. This initiative is tailored for providers who are excellent clinicians and who also demonstrate the passion, professionalism, and insight necessary to help guide our organization forward.
Participants in the Leadership Track may gradually assume responsibilities such as:
Depending on interest and organizational needs, participants may also be considered for roles such as Regional Clinical Director, Site Lead, or Medical Director.
The program includes one-on-one mentorship, leadership development resources, and opportunities to collaborate closely with senior leadership. Ultimately, the Leadership Track reflects our commitment to nurturing internal talent and ensuring Synergy remains guided by clinical leaders who understand the daily realities of patient care.
The Equity Track offers qualifying physicians the opportunity to become true partners in Synergy Medical Group. Through this program, providers may earn ownership interest over time, aligning their long-term financial success with the ongoing growth and evolution of the organization.
Equity opportunities may be tied to:
Providers who earn equity may benefit from distribution rights, profit sharing, and a greater voice in shaping service lines and regional operations.
We offer equity because we recognize that physicians are not simply employees or contractors they are essential to our mission, our culture, and our trajectory. Creating ownership pathways strengthens engagement, stability, and shared purpose across the organization.
