What This Role Looks Like
- Round at partnered SNFs, ALFs, and IRFs
- Manage medically complex adult patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Build strong relationships with facility leadership
- Practice independently with full operational support
You maintain clinical autonomy while our infrastructure handles contracting, billing, and administrative operations.

Required Qualifications
