Lead NP Leeanne Odum, NP, brings a deep commitment to patient care and a wealth of experience to our team. Starting her healthcare journey as a CNA, she advanced through the ranks as an LPN and RN before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Leeanne previously owned her own practice but was inspired by Dr. Mann’s vision for compassionate, patient-centered care and chose to join forces with him. Her dedication, clinical expertise, and personal connection to patients make her an invaluable part of our team.
CEO/Founder Dr. Stefan Mann founded Synergy Medical Group after he recognized a gap in care between various levels of healthcare settings. Dr. Mann is a board-certified family medicine physician and has worked in hospital medicine since 2021. He takes pride in finding solutions to big problems and finding ways to improve the healthcare system and the overall quality of care for his patients.
